Dwayne serves as the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a member of the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of many online articles as well as a contributing author to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children together with his wife Leslie.
